"You'll definitely be hooked once you start eating!" Sheng Xia waved to her and rode off on her bike.
"What a stubborn nuisance!" Xia Yuhe muttered at Sheng Xia's retreating back before going back inside to get some money and lock the door behind her. "I need to rush to the vegetable market; if I'm late, everything will be picked over!"
While Xia Yuhe was rushing off to buy groceries, Sheng Xia pedaled hard all the way and finally arrived outside the Cigarette Factory gates just before the end of the shift.
