Countless living beings upon its surface are as insignificant as dust, mere pawns to be manipulated at will, while only the Sages sit high above, holding the authority to manipulate the winds and clouds and settle the fate of the board. Three methods of attaining Sagehood are passed down through the Primordial World: attaining Sagehood through sheer force, attaining Sagehood by slaying the Three Corpses, and attaining Sagehood through merit.
