And that was not all; on either side of the road lay green belts more than ten meters wide. Although they were currently barren, the neat and uniform layout was enough to catch anyone’s eye. Behind these green belts stood row upon row of simple, densely packed factory buildings. Because the construction time had been so short, most were still unfinished, but even in their skeletal state, one could already glimpse the grandeur of the completed vision.
