"Number Three!"
Seeing this, the muscular man known as Brother Bao's expression changed drastically.
He truly hadn't expected Lin Feng to be this bold.
Instead of dropping to his knees and begging for mercy when completely alone, he actually dared to strike first.
Did he really think he was Ip Man, capable of taking on ten men at once?
"Country bumpkin, you're asking for death!"
Brother Bao glared viciously at Lin Feng, a fierce glint flashing in his eyes. "Earlier, I thought if you knew what was good for you, breaking one of your legs would settle it. But since you're unappreciative, don't blame my brothers for being ruthless!"
With that, Brother Bao waved his hand fiercely. "Together, break all the bones in this kid's body! Remember, leave him breathing—we'll deal with him when Young Master Huang gets here!"
Hearing this, the thugs standing behind Brother Bao exchanged glances and lunged at Lin Feng with grim grins.
"Young Master Huang?"
Lin Feng furrowed his brow imperceptibly.
Actually, he had found it a bit strange earlier.
Having just descended the mountain, it stood to reason that he shouldn't have provoked anyone.
Yet judging by what the other side said, they were clearly taking orders from this Young Master Huang.
*Young Master Huang... Could this Young Master Huang they keep mentioning be connected to the massacre of the Lin Family?*
A suspicion instantly arose in Lin Feng's mind.
Other than that, he simply couldn't think of any reason why these people would attack him out of nowhere.
"Talk about a stroke of luck—it takes no effort to find what you're looking for after all. I was just wondering how to find a lead, and here they've delivered themselves right to my doorstep."
Lin Feng sneered inwardly, a flash of cold light crossing his eyes.
The very reason he had come down the mountain was to investigate the truth behind the destruction of the Lin Family.
Now that these people had taken the initiative to show up, it couldn't be better for him.
At this thought, Lin Feng didn't hesitate at all.
Watching the thugs charge forward, Lin Feng let out a light snort, tapped the ground with the tip of his foot, and instead of retreating, took the initiative to meet them head-on.
"Kid, you've got some nerve! Don't worry, when we break your bones in a moment, we'll make it quick!"
Seeing Lin Feng actually charge toward them, the leading thug grinned hideously, raised his hand, and threw a punch.
Yet faced with that punch, Lin Feng didn't show the slightest intention of dodging, throwing a punch of his own.
Bang!
Their fists collided in mid-air.
The next second, accompanied by a crisp snap, the thug's arm instantly twisted out of shape.
The excruciating pain sent the thug into a heart-wrenching scream.
"With just this little bit of skill, you dare go around looking for trouble?"
Lin Feng let out a cold laugh, casually slapped the screaming thug unconscious, and then charged forward once more.
Although these thugs had the advantage in numbers, usually they only knew how to bully ordinary people; how could they possibly be Lin Feng's match?
Right now, Lin Feng was like a tiger entering a flock of sheep. In less than a moment, the thugs who had been grinning hideously just a second ago were sprawled out across the ground in disarray, each clutching their injured parts and wailing incessantly.
The only one still standing was Brother Bao, who hadn't made a move from the very beginning.
"Y-You, don't come over!"
Watching his underlings easily laid flat by Lin Feng, Brother Bao—who had been sneering just a moment before—felt a sudden surge of terror flash through his eyes.
He never imagined that the country bumpkin Young Master Huang talked about could fight with such ferocity!
His own men were no different from three-year-old children in front of this guy!
"What, know what fear is now? Where's that arrogant attitude you had earlier when you threatened to break all the bones in my body?"
Lin Feng chuckled and shook his head, saying indifferently, "Earlier I heard you say you were going to hand me over to Young Master Huang to deal with. Does that mean the reason you're giving me trouble is all because of that Young Master Huang?"
At this point, Brother Bao didn't dare hesitate. He shrank his neck and stammered, "Young Master Huang... No, Huang Qiming ordered us to teach you a lesson and beat you as miserably as possible! We were just following orders; we really didn't mean to target you!"
"Huang Qiming?" Lin Feng frowned in thought, confirming he didn't know anyone by that name. "Then where is Huang Qiming right now?"
Brother Bao opened his mouth, just about to say something, when the harsh roar of an engine sounded not far away.
With that noise, a blue Porsche sped over and finally screeched to a halt right in front of Brother Bao.
"A-Bao, how is it? Did you take care of it? Where's the kid?"
The moment the car door opened, a somewhat arrogant voice rang out as well.
Huang Qiming stepped out of the Porsche wearing a suit, his face full of smug triumph.
"Hmph, a mere country bumpkin, quite the nerve he's got, actually daring to set his sights on Zhao Qingling! Why doesn't he take a piss and look at what kind of trash he is!"
Huang Qiming muttered to himself, then furrowed his brow and demanded with dissatisfaction, "A-Bao, are you mute? I asked you where he is!"
Yet Brother Bao didn't dare say much of anything. He cast a cautious glance at Lin Feng not far away, then offered an awkward, dry laugh.
"Huh?" Huang Qiming froze, subconsciously following Brother Bao's line of sight.
Just this single glance made Huang Qiming's pupils contract sharply.
Not far away, A-Bao's underlings were sprawled all over the ground in disorder, while a young man stood with his arms crossed over his chest, staring at him with a half-smile.
Stupid as Huang Qiming might be, he finally realized something was terribly wrong by this point.
It turned out that A-Bao hadn't dealt with the country bumpkin from start to finish at all; instead, A-Bao and his men had been dealt with by him!
"What a bunch of trash!"
Huang Qiming cursed inwardly, then gave a dry cough. "A-Bao... um, I still have matters to attend to, let's get in touch when we're both free!"
Dropping those words, Huang Qiming didn't dare hesitate, turning on his heel to leave.
Right at that moment, however, Lin Feng's voice rang out.
"Huang Qiming, is it? These people... did you send them to cause trouble for me?"
Faced with Lin Feng's words, Huang Qiming didn't dare make the slightest response.
You must be kidding—A-Bao brought several subordinates and they were all taken down by this country bumpkin. If this bumpkin found out he was the one behind it all, would he even keep his life?
Huang Qiming quickened his pace, intending to get straight into the car.
But how could Lin Feng let him leave?
Seeing Huang Qiming playing deaf and dumb, a flash of cold light crossed Lin Feng's eyes.
He let out a soft snort, then tapped the ground with his toe, shooting forward like an arrow released from a bow straight toward the bright blue Porsche.
"Y-You, what do you want! This is a society governed by law!"
Huang Qiming's expression shifted drastically. He took an involuntary step backward and shouted.
Lin Feng cast a cold glance at Huang Qiming, then suddenly raised his hand and slammed a heavy fist down onto the hood of the blue Porsche.
Bang!
Accompanied by a loud crash, the front of the blue Porsche caved in instantly.
A faint smell of burning also began to drift up from beneath the engine hood.
"Go on, you aren't leaving today."
Lin Feng glanced at the dumbfounded Huang Qiming and said indifferently, "Now... I think we can have a proper chat, don't you?"
