The Houtu Art is a physical cultivation method that acts as a counterpart to the "Imperial Heaven Qi Cultivation Art," which Anjing primarily practices alongside the Great White Haoling Divine Prohibition. One cultivates Qi, the other cultivates the body; they complement each other and naturally correspond in every aspect.
The four techniques of the Imperial Heaven Art—"Cangtian Selflessness," "Standing Before the Abyss Without Fear," "Piercing Divine Unwavering Power," and "Mystic Step Without Confusion"—correspond respectively to mental focusing, Qi cultivation, power discharge, and footwork.
