The temperature in the room climbed steadily, thick with an amorous atmosphere that rose in waves, so stifling that even the moon hid behind a veil of clouds. The next morning, Ophelia woke up in the midst of a sweltering heat; her waist was sore and aching, tightly restrained. She shifted, trying to escape, but the arm encircling her waist tightened abruptly. She swatted at Taylor’s arm, but her strength was no more than a kitten’s swat to a male; it caused no harm at all. Taylor opened his eyes slowly, rubbing his head against the nape of the Little Female’s neck. "Princess, you're awake."
