The ornaments on his armor swayed with his movement, emitting subtle chimes as if chanting for this solemn moment. His eyes, stern and profound, swept across the room. Wyll’s figure briefly entered his field of vision, but controlled by a Mind Flayer Tadpole, the Duke’s expression remained entirely void of fluctuation, as if everything before him were unrelated. He was a mere puppet now; even with his son close at hand, he could not recognize him.
