Her delicate features seemed carved from ice, emanating a cold and elegant beauty. As the mysterious woman’s face fully manifested, the swarms of Magic Spirit Snakes seemed pushed by an invisible hand. They trembled at first, then began to retreat slowly. Their movements were cautious; like flowing threads of black silk, they wound their way back toward the tree. As they drew closer, they slowed further, gingerly climbing onto the branches.
