Yet the ungrateful Demon was always impatient with the Lord God's tender mercies. When she was done playing, she would swat away his hand and wriggle out of his embrace.
The believers were utterly helpless against the Demon. Not only did they not dare utter a single disparaging word about her, but they also forced themselves to offer her their most sincere and glowing praises.
