Sang Biao made the excuse that he had matters to attend to, and Lin Fuli pushed the door open and entered. The room was dominated by Hermès orange lighting, paired with a double-corner leather sofa. A glass wine cabinet was embedded in the corner, reflecting a crystal-clear, translucent glow under the illumination of the light strips. She glanced around the room. Inside were President Chen and his secretary, along with President Qi and his assistant—just four people in total. The room was reasonably spacious, complete with a private restroom. The intricate, three-dimensional design of the ceiling and walls meant that even with so few people, it didn't feel empty. She didn't know what they had been discussing all evening, only calling her over at ten o'clock.
