The Burial Cave was not close to the Tianyan Sect. It was one of the ten most perilous forbidden zones on the Cangyun Continent, a gathering place for the deep-sea merfolk, and an extremely dangerous location. Upon learning that the Burial Cave lay across the Northern Ice Land, deep within a trench spanning tens of thousands of miles of deep sea, Li Dai did not feel a shred of fear. She had no intention of crossing the vast, boundless expanse of the Northern Ice Land; instead, she chose to take a shortcut directly through the Tianshui River. The Tianshui River was a waterway connecting the four cardinal directions, weaving between various cities. It acted essentially as a crossroad dividing line amidst Dongling, Nanling, the Northern Ice Land, and the Western Plains. Simply meandering through cities and mountain ranges as a watercourse spanning the entire Cangyun Continent, it was known as the Tianshui River. Yet, few knew that at the very center where the northern and southern branches of the Tianshui River converged, plunging into the depths of the waterway offered a direct shortcut to the Burial Cave.
