Wuji Fist is the gathering of yin and yang in the palm to return to the primal chaos, making all things return to a single breath so that I may put them to use. In other words, it is the reverse: Three returns to Two, Two returns to One, and One returns to the Dao. It can be said that 'Wuji Fist' is the boxing technique that conforms most perfectly to the Great Dao."
