Utter silence. The moment they stepped onto Nirvana Reef Beach, it was as if they had walked into frozen time. The sound of the churning blood sea, the howling foul wind, even their own heartbeats and breathing, were forcibly compressed and stripped away by an invisible force, leaving behind only a suffocating, bone-deep, icy dead silence. The pitch-black reef beneath their feet was cold and hard, resembling millennia-old Dark Ice, sucking away the last traces of warmth from the soles of their feet (and dog paws). The fierce demonic qi lingering in the air was as viscous as liquid despair, intertwining in wisps as it tried to freeze the blood and paralyze thought. The Star-Eclipse Husky's massive body felt somewhat heavy in this dead domain. Beneath its fur, which was covered in liquid metal, the blazing white Star-Eclipse Power seemed to flow at a slower pace, like a frozen river of stars. Its blazing white eyes scanned the surroundings vigilantly, a low and suppressed rumbling sound rumbling in its throat. Every step was taken with extreme caution, and the hard reef beneath its claws made a muffled tapping sound—the only strange noise in this dead silence.
