Undoubtedly, Hecate was bound to lose this battle. After all, in present-day Kamona, apart from Kurt, Rolf, and Bernard at the TV Station, and Steven—who had replaced Dopp—along with his subordinates, who all took orders from Columbia, the Scavs in the Frontline Fortress, Mining Area, Northern Mountains, Port, and Farm answered entirely to their respective regional bosses. Furthermore, these regional bosses were now in communication with Tvella and were actively pushing Columbia away. Moreover, even if it were not for the Scavs in these regions, the locals would still readily accept Tvella, who were fellow outsiders, while rejecting Columbia. Consequently, Columbia's combat record in Kamona had always been utterly dismal (though certainly not helped by their bots having gear that was miserably terrible). Now, having been driven out of the Farm, Hecate returned to Black Gold International. "Sister, do you think Hecate is going to be in trouble?" Muse asked. "Don't worry, Muse. Keira isn't stupid. Even if she wants to make an example of Hecate, now is not the time," Ethel replied. Muse still looked a little worried. "But..." Ethel gently patted her shoulder and comforted her, "Don't worry, Muse. Hecate will be fine. Besides, we have other things to worry about." Her gaze grew resolute.
