In an ancient library on the outskirts of a bustling metropolis, many books forgotten by the passage of time lay covered in dust. Lin Xiao, a young graduate student in archaeology, was obsessed with exploring the mysterious stories hidden within the long river of history, often spending entire days tucked away in a corner of the library. One day, while sorting through a pile of old books, Lin Xiao accidentally discovered an unlabelled, time-worn manuscript. The paper of the manuscript was yellowed and fragile, its edges frayed, exuding a musty scent. When he opened it, rows of graceful handwriting came into view. However, the contents left him utterly perplexed; the script appeared to be an ancient and obscure language, unlike any ancient writing he had ever studied. Lin Xiao's curiosity was completely ignited, and he resolved to delve deeply into the manuscript to uncover the secrets hidden within. In the days that followed, he consulted a vast array of ancient texts and sought guidance from numerous linguistics and history experts, all to no avail. Yet, the harder it was to decipher, the more resolute Lin Xiao became in his determination to crack the mystery.
