The North Ice Immortal City covers a vast area and is divided into three main sections: the main city, the inner city, and the outer city. The main city is inhabited by immortals at the Mystic Immortal level and above, the inner city contains various immortal abodes for Golden Immortals, and the outer city houses the abodes of Celestial Immortals and True Immortals.
Although the outer city is quite large, the distance between individual abodes is very small, making the area look extremely crowded. Any secret arts that True Immortals or Celestial Immortals wish to practice here will inevitably cause disturbances detectable by surrounding abodes unless powerful defensive arrays are purchased and installed to isolate them. Even so, abodes with such privacy features are in high demand and short supply.
After all, this immortal city is the only city in the entire immortal domain.
