Not far away, Yahal and the others stared in stunned silence at the enormous python that had suddenly materialized before them. To them, the giant serpent was unimaginably massive. Its thick, sturdy body resembled a moving hill, and it exuded a chilling aura that struck terror into their hearts. Laharl’s eyes bulged, his mouth hanging wide open as he stammered, "Th-this has to be fake, right? Some kind of illusion?" Disbelief was etched all across his face, as if he were witnessing the end of the world. The two newcomers instinctively swallowed hard, the sound of their gulps echoing loudly in the silence. At that moment, they secretly felt a surge of relief that this terrifying monster was not the enemy they had to face.
