After defeating Deliora, Alan and the others had no time to rest before dispersing to help restore order in the city. The members of the Dark Magic Cult had no idea that Carlton and Allock had already fled, and they were still wreaking havoc across the city. Alan and his companions showed no mercy to these cultists, whereas the members of the Dark Guild had already cleared out of Irkutsk the moment Asmodeus was defeated. After finishing a search for survivors, Alan and the others gathered in the center of the city with grim expressions. For a medium-sized city, only a few thousand survivors remained. That meant tens or even hundreds of thousands of people had been sacrificed—no wonder the Dark Magic Cult had managed to summon both Deliora and Asmodeus.
