When she sold the wild pheasant previously, she had been to the East Market. It was densely populated, featuring a large bazaar where locals often brought their own homegrown fruits and vegetables to sell. Since there were no middlemen to drive up the price, it was generally the most affordable spot and a favorite for the common folk.
Beyond that, the East Market was a hub for matchmaking, labor, and rentals. Due to the high foot traffic, most of the town's medical clinics were also located there for convenience.
