When Jiang Chen returned to his small courtyard from the Jiang Family Ancestral Land, he could not wait to hurry back to his room and shut the door behind him.
He completely failed to notice that the other living creatures in the courtyard seemed slightly different today. Apart from the Big Yellow Dog and the Heaven-Swallowing Sparrow, the rest of the animals appeared to be enveloped by some mysterious force, plunged into a deep slumber.
