She couldn't help blushing slightly, shyly turning her head away, though she still couldn't resist stealing glances at Wu Ying out of the corner of her eye.
Just then, Wu Ying happened to overhear Ayumi's words. Realizing that his staring might have caused an unnecessary misunderstanding, he quickly withdrew his gaze. After all, it wouldn't do to give people the wrong idea. Meanwhile, Mitsuhiko and Genta were already glaring at him with open hostility, as if warning him to keep away from their companion.
