The Radio was broadcasting from Potterwatch. The familiar announcer was incessantly repeating what he had said the previous week, continuing to educate everyone about the werewolf.
Most listeners found the announcer rather long-winded, but very few wizards actually reached out to turn off the Radio. Today was a full moon, and those infected with lycanthropy would transform into mindless wolves during this time.
Despite some rumors in the wizarding world earlier that everyone felt were alarmist, now that even the Ministry of Magic had chosen to guard against them strictly, believing at least a little bit could do no harm.
