At the break of dawn, the chancellor and several ministers hurried to Fu'an Palace with memorial tablets in hand. After waiting outside the hall for a short while until Your Majesty had risen, dressed, and washed, they entered to report several urgent matters of state. As noon approached, having finished handling pressing state affairs, the ministers hastily withdrew.
