"Painting Love for You" was an art project launched two years ago by Chu Zhao, after she had discussed the idea with Xie Yunji.
Using "Moonlight Orchid" as her new pen name, Chu Zhao initiated a collection drive on social media. Participants were invited to share moments from their daily lives—whether they were joyful, unforgettable, regrettable, moving, or simply worth treasuring. Chu Zhao then transformed these love-infused anecdotes into vibrant, colorful paintings.
