In Spinner's End, Snape dragged his exhausted body out of the dungeon. When he came to the kitchen cupboard intending to brew a cup of coffee, he saw the cup on the counter had already been washed by Iblis. Deliberately keeping his movements quiet as he brewed his coffee and returned to the living room, he saw a letter tossed onto the table—it was the one Dumbledore had sent him yesterday. His gaze lingered on it for a moment before he turned back toward the dungeon. He almost forgot; she wasn't here today... "I must say, Professor, can you not clatter around so early in the kitchen? I didn't stay up late researching like you did. Didn't I tell you to keep it a bit... quieter...?" Yawning and rubbing her hair, Iblis walked down the stairs, only to see Lupin walking out of the kitchen with a pot of coffee. She blinked in surprise for a moment before collecting herself. "Oh, Remus, goo—good morning." "Apologies, did I wake you?" Lupin checked the clock on the wall; it was not even seven yet. "It's still early. Sirius probably won't wake for another two hours. You can go back to sleep for a bit."
