"Good morning, Professor Grice." Professor Flitwick nodded at Ith as he walked into the Great Hall. Recently, not only because of their academic exchanges with Ravenclaw, but Ith's Ancient Magic class had also given him a great deal of inspiration. The students had become much more proactive in order to perform well in Ith's next class. Professor Flitwick had been in a wonderful mood lately, even buying many small cakes to give to his colleagues.
"Morning." Ith smiled politely at Professor Flitwick, accepted the small cake handed to him, and casually placed an ancient book on charms into his hand. "I still haven't thanked you for allowing me to observe your class without permission last time. This book is very interesting; you might want to take a look."
Professor Flitwick originally intended to decline, but Ith was extremely persistent. When he saw the contents of the book, his eyes lit up; although the writing was obscure and difficult to understand, translating it would not be a difficult task. Even Ith, who was so well-versed in ancient magic, felt this book was valuable, which only aroused Professor Flitwick's curiosity all the more. He couldn't wait to return to his office to examine it.
