Snape looked at Miss Rhea with unusual tenderness, unconsciously pressing his arm. He thought about how Miss Rhea's appearance had truly changed so much—including massive changes within himself. Moreover, if the Dark Mark could truly be eradicated, once Miss Rhea came of age, he would take her away to some quiet, picturesque place to live in seclusion, completely washing his hands of everything. Looking up, Miss Rhea caught her teacher gazing at her tenderly and immediately flashed him a sweet smile.
