Sirius and Gloria went to the seaside, to the very spot where they had danced for the first time. Sirius stood there, smiling as he watched Gloria go barefoot, leaping and running across the sand, occasionally spinning around to look at him, taking his hand as she walked backward, letting Sirius be her eyes.
When the wind picked up, Sirius would pull Gloria into his embrace, wrapping her within his large coat. Gloria found herself surrounded by Sirius's pleasant cedarwood scent.
It was a profound sense of security.
