Camelia and the others walked over to an open area where many carriages were parked. The carriages were drawn by strange creatures with dragon-like heads, horse-like bodies, and bat-like wings. They had silver-white, pupil-less eyes and massive bodies, and they stood restlessly, pawing the ground.
"Thestrals?" Camelia said somewhat hesitantly as she looked at the creatures. It was her first time seeing this rare species of fantastic beast, which she had only ever read about in books.
"Thestrals??" Hearing Camelia, Lily raised her voice in surprise and asked, "Are they really Thestrals?" She grabbed Camelia's hand and asked again, astonishment in her voice.
