Lin Dahu stammered as he looked at the man sitting inside the vehicle, then slammed the door shut, a look of sheer disbelief plastered across his face.

"Gr—Grand what? Are you seeing things?" The boss frowned immediately. "Don't try to pull that crap on me. The guy I snatched is a legitimate college student, pitifully naive!" With that, the boss yanked the car door open.

Inside the car, Lin Xian gave Li Gou, who was sitting near the door, a swift kick, sending him tumbling out.

At a complete loss for what to do, Liu Ruyan could only follow them out of the vehicle.
They had planned to use these traffickers to catch a bigger fish, so how on earth did things end up like this?
As she was thinking this, the villagers had already rushed over.
Seeing this, the driver sitting in the front of the van slammed his foot on the gas and sped away. He knew that if he stayed here, he would definitely be caught by these furious villagers.
In remote mountain villages like this, if you were really caught by such ignorant villagers, they might actually beat you to death!

Seeing Lin Xian staring at Lin Dahu with murder in his eyes, Liu Ruyan quickly nudged him. The old man was asking him a question, why was he being so rude? The least he could do was say something!
