The situation in Sumeru right now is far better than it was in the original storyline. Set four hundred years ago, the nation has not yet rotted to the degree seen in the game, meaning there is still plenty of room for a major turnaround.
Fu felt rather troubled. The timing of her transmigration was terribly awkward; had she arrived a bit earlier, she could have saved Raiden Makoto and Kitsune Saiguu, and had she arrived later, she might have encountered familiar characters.
