Chen Ming wrapped up his scenes for The Grandmaster on January 24th. After waiting for this year's first snowfall to shoot a few additional snowy scenes alongside Guo Jingfei, Bai Baihe also completed her part, and the crew rushed to finish filming just before the Lunar New Year on February 3rd.
Time to go home for the New Year!
Following custom, Chen Ming said his goodbyes to most of the crew one by one before boarding a plane home. His family lived in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, which was why his mother hadn't minded him staying in Hengdian—at least it was relatively close to home.
