Fusheng eventually stopped hiding his arrival at Tagar, so it didn’t take long for Gampel—and anyone with a network of informants on the Capital Planet—to find out.
Originally, Gampel had kept Fusheng’s escape a secret, hoping to bring him back to inherit the throne. But now that it was public knowledge that the Zerg’s only SS+-rank male had gone to Tagar, every Zerg female became restless, all of them dreaming of fleeing to Tagar as well. This was a dangerous development for the entire Zerg civilization. S-rank males were rare enough; the appearance of an SS-rank like Fusheng was undoubtedly the greatest gift the Insect God had bestowed upon them, at least in a spiritual sense.
Gampel blamed himself. He had failed to keep a close eye on Fusheng, letting him slip away. At least the space storm hadn’t harmed him. For now, the Capital Planet was maintaining a semblance of order, as the various factions held their ambitions in check because of Fusheng’s presence in Tagar. They gathered to discuss countermeasures; if they allowed Fusheng to remain in Tagar, the Capital Planet would inevitably decline. But how could they just stand by and watch? The four great families and the former royal house effectively controlled the Zerg, and as those in power, they could not watch their influence slip away.
