Alvano tossed the whip onto the table, exhausted from the beating.
He stared at Siegel, who was covered in blood and grime but still refused to speak—a truly tough nut to crack. Looking at the wounds on the man's body, some deep enough to reveal bone, Alvano felt a phantom pain of his own. In truth, Keva Prison had their own people stationed there, but Siegel was far too arrogant. Consequently, Alvano had been forced to infiltrate Keva Prison himself; he simply could not bear to watch his brother suffer. His first priority upon arriving had been to provide shelter for his brother, to the extent that he hadn't even begun the mission the organization had assigned him.
"Wake up. Stop sleeping; let's continue." Alvano returned after finishing a cigarette. He pressed a button at his side and looked at the unconscious Siegel with a smile.
