Chapter 6

Since Mu Sanlu put it that way, Suguru Geto did not hold back any longer. As soon as the sparring match began, he summoned the strongest cursed spirit he had tamed.
"This is a grade 1 cursed spirit," Suguru Geto introduced to Mu Sanlu.
"Alright," Mu Sanlu nodded. The excitement hidden within his eyes was well-concealed, and he still maintained his usual gentle appearance.
Beside the athletic field, Satoru Gojo could not hide his excited smile at all. His 'Six Eyes' told him everything that interested him, including the flow of cursed energy between Suguru Geto and Mu Sanlu, their cursed techniques, and also...
The excitement Mu Sanlu was hiding, which was identical to his own.
When he first met Mu Sanlu, he had thought the jujutsu world was about to produce a normal person...
At this thought, Satoru Gojo let out a laugh.
Ha, I knew it! All jujutsu sorcerers are madmen!

"Cursed technique, Truth Replication." As Mu Sanlu's voice fell, a cursed spirit appeared before him.
He had encountered this cursed spirit on the second day after arriving here.
Its aura was extremely similar to Suguru Geto's grade 1 cursed spirit, and its power probably wasn't far off either, he thought.
"This is a cursed spirit I exorcised the day before yesterday. I temporarily replicated it using my cursed technique."
Mu Sanlu reached up to wipe away the tears on his face and glanced around. Suguru Geto didn't seem to have anticipated this situation. Mu Sanlu threw a glance at the few people gathered at the edge of the athletic field.
Satoru Gojo, Shoko Ieiri, and Masamichi Yaga.
Satoru Gojo did not look surprised, while Shoko Ieiri and Masamichi Yaga seemed a bit uncomprehending, so Mu Sanlu simply offered an explanation.
"Is that so?" Suguru Geto nodded. "I understand."
"Since that's the case," Suguru Geto bowed slightly, "besides a contest between our cursed spirits, let us compete as well!" Just as his voice trailed off, Suguru Geto closed the distance, leaving only a few short steps between himself and Mu Sanlu.
Mu Sanlu crossed his arms in defense. When Suguru Geto's strike failed, he immediately retreated, giving Mu Sanlu no opportunity to counterattack.
Mu Sanlu did not rush to retaliate. He separated his feet to shoulder width, stepped his left foot slightly forward, raised his right heel slightly, and bent his knees. He curved his elbows close to his ribs, extended his left hand slightly forward, and placed his right hand near his cheek, keeping his eyes firmly fixed on Suguru Geto.
"Boxing?" Suguru Geto raised an eyebrow.
"Yes," Mu Sanlu acknowledged.
Bang!
The grade 2 cursed spirit replicated by Mu Sanlu exploded, and Suguru Geto's cursed spirit failed to dodge in time, getting caught in the blast and injured.
Seeing this, Suguru Geto lived up to expectations; far from being frightened by the sudden turn of events, he only grew more excited.
"Come on, fight me with all your might! In exchange..." Suguru Geto's smile stretched to its maximum width as he formed hand signs, and instantly, cursed spirits began to materialize one after another around him.
"Come on!" Mu Sanlu's expression remained calm, though his face was now stained with tears. He brought his hands together, crossed his fingers, and then pulled them apart.
"Cursed technique, Truth Replication!" Around him, the cursed spirits he had once exorcised now became the most loyal soldiers at his command.
The previously empty athletic field vanished as cursed spirits filled every inch of the space.
"Geto, I offer you my highest fighting spirit." Mu Sanlu stood within the ring of cursed spirits, closing his eyes as tears rolled down his face. Mu Sanlu completely ignored them, and then, in the eyes of every living creature on the athletic field, he raised his hands and intertwined his fingers.
"Cursed technique, Ontology of Truth."
Suguru Geto's eyes widened to their absolute limit, the smile remaining on his face even though, in the current situation, he seemed to have fallen into a disadvantageous position.
Just a moment ago, when Mu Sanlu intertwined his fingers, his figure completely vanished from Suguru Geto's line of sight.
The athletic field was now crowded with cursed spirits replicated by Mu Sanlu's cursed energy, and Suguru Geto could no longer rely on tracking cursed energy signatures to find him.
At the edge of the field, Satoru Gojo reached up and took off his sunglasses, a brilliant flash of light erupting from his 'Six Eyes'.
End it already! End it already! I can't wait to fight this jujutsu sorcerer from Hua! I want to know immediately whether the 'Six Eyes' and 'Limitless' are stronger, or 'Truth' and 'Reverse'!
Bang—
Bodies collided, and Mu Sanlu's tears fell upon Suguru Geto's arm. The next second, he vanished from Suguru Geto's sight once more.
"I understand now..." Satoru Gojo clutched his sunglasses tightly, the corners of his lips curving high upward.
It was unclear what material the lenses of the sunglasses were made of, but they somehow didn't shatter under the immense pressure of Satoru Gojo's grip.
"I understand now!" he shouted aloud.
The radiance of the 'Six Eyes' flared brilliantly, drawing Shoko Ieiri's attention. She glanced at him.
"How truly beautiful..." she murmured, her eyes wide as she stared fixedly into those pupils.
What kind of scenery was that? Perhaps piling together all the most wonderful words in the world still wouldn't be enough to describe it.
The next second, her expression recovered, and she glanced down at Satoru Gojo's head.
Whoa, it's smoking.
