Waking up early in the morning, Shinyi felt a pounding in his head. After going to the sink and splashing cold water on his face, he finally felt much more awake.
Recalling Inoue talking about the situation in Class Three-Four last night and how the two of them had drunk so fiercely, Shinyi couldn't help offering a wry smile.
"Still young, I suppose."
Looking at himself in the mirror, Shinyi couldn't help sighing. It seemed he couldn't be so willful from now on!
Since Shinyi had no classes this morning, he tidied up his house and went out to train.
Shinyi's house was located in the northwest side of the village, close to the Forest of Death. It could be said to be on the very outskirts of Konoha.
Because it was a remote area, Shinyi's house was a small two-story Western-style building with a small courtyard, which could be considered the only inheritance left behind by his biological parents.
As usual, the village was unusually lively, seemingly entirely unaffected by the Land of Wind.
During his training, Shinyi even spotted an acquaintance.
Clad entirely in green: Might Guy.
Kakashi's lifelong best friend.
The man who almost kicked away the final boss with a single kick. Just like Kakashi, Guy had already graduated early from the Ninja Academy at the age of seven and was currently executing D-rank missions with his teammates.
Just as he thought about running over, he spotted another, larger green figure: Might Duy?
The eternal Genin, Might Duy?
If Guy was the man who almost kicked away the final boss, then Might Duy was the man who kicked the Shinobi world's infamous Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist into the Three Precious Beasts.
"Should I go up and say hello?"
The thought had barely surfaced in his mind before Shinyi quickly dismissed it.
Without knowing them, if he were to brazenly approach them, he would probably be viewed as a lunatic.
Leave it to fate, then!
With this state of mind, Shinyi began his morning jog in the park.
About an hour later, Shinyi stopped his training.
Finding a secluded spot in the park, Shinyi embarked on his journey of practicing Ninjutsu.
"Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall!"
Shinyi formed hand seals rapidly, and with the surge of chakra, the ground shook violently as a thick earth wall slowly rose from the ground.
Shinyi looked at the earth wall he had summoned and nodded with satisfaction.
Then, he formed seals again, executed the Body Flicker Technique to retreat a few meters, spat out a large amount of soil from his mouth, and another sturdy earth wall gradually took form.
Looking at the two piles of earth walls in the open space before him, Shinyi felt as though something was missing.
Afterwards, he formed seals once more, causing several dog heads to appear on the earth walls.
Only then did Shinyi nod in complete satisfaction.
One Earth Release Ninjutsu after another was executed by Shinyi, giving him a clearer understanding of the general uses of the Earth Release Ninjutsu he had mastered.
Next, Shinyi combined the Three Basic Techniques with the Body Flicker Technique to improve his evasive capabilities.
After practicing skillfully for a while, Shinyi found that his chakra was completely exhausted.
After resting for a moment!
Shinyi began walking toward home.
Not long after Shinyi left, a figure wearing a dog-head mask arrived at the spot where Shinyi had just been.
After observing the surroundings for a moment, this person used the Body Flicker Technique to catch up with Shinyi.
On his way home, Shinyi ran into Might Duy and Might Guy, the father and son who were still training.
"Guy, as long as you run another hundred laps around this field, your mission for this morning will be complete."
"Understood, Father!"
"Then let's push forward! This is youth!"
As soon as Might Duy finished speaking, he dashed forward with a whoosh, and seeing this, Might Guy hurriedly gave chase.
Seeing this scene, Shinyi thought for a moment and also started jogging at a slow pace.
At first, the three of them were running separately, but after running a dozen or so laps, Might Duy finally noticed Shinyi running alongside them.
"Are there other ninjas in the village so passionate about Taijutsu?"
Though such thoughts crossed his mind, Duy had no intention of disturbing him and simply observed in silence.
As for the young Guy, a sense of competitive spirit naturally arose.
For the longest time, it had only been the two of them—father and son—training. Now that someone had suddenly joined, a competitive urge naturally took hold.
With this thought, Guy slowly reduced his running speed.
Until Shinyi caught up to his position, at which point Guy resumed his original pace.
One lap, two laps...
Seeing that Shinyi was sticking close behind him and couldn't be shaken off, Guy suddenly accelerated.
Seeing Guy act like this, Shinyi smiled involuntarily. Truly just a child, he couldn't hold his composure after all.
So Shinyi accelerated as well.
Unlike Guy, seventeen-year-old Shinyi's body was nearly fully developed, and coupled with the Senju clan bloodline within him, his physical stamina was naturally not something the current Guy could compare to.
Half an hour later!
Might Guy looked at Shinyi running unhurriedly beside him, while feeling that he himself had probably reached his limit, and bitterness welled up in his heart.
"Could it be that I have to remove my training weights?"
Might Guy hesitated in his heart.
Just as Guy was struggling internally,
A green figure rushed over and kicked Guy flying with a single blow.
Seeing this situation, Shinyi could only stop in his tracks and watch Might Duy discipline Might Guy.
When Might Guy limped over to the others, Might Duy immediately embraced Guy's head and burst into tears. While crying, he lectured Might Guy.
"Rigorous training is not meant for competing or holding grudges! This is not passionate youth!"
Hearing this, Guy also began to cry bitterly, sobbing as he confessed his mistake.
"Father, wuwu... I know I was wrong!"
......
Watching the two of them embrace and sob bitterly, although there were no other people around, Shinyi didn't know what to say for a moment and could only stand there in a daze.
"This... this is way too awkward."
Although seeing this scene in the anime didn't evoke much of a reaction, experiencing it in person made Shinyi wish he could transmigrate all over again.
After Shinyi let his imagination run wild for a while, the two finally stopped crying.
"My lord, Guy was rude just now. We apologize to you." With those words, the two of them bowed to Shinyi.
"Senior, there's no need for this!"
As Shinyi spoke, he helped Might Duy up. After a bit more polite pleasantries between them, each went back to their own training.
After running for another half hour, Shinyi stopped running altogether. After all, having run for so long, the level of training was honestly sufficient.
After all, not everyone possessed Might Guy's special physique.
[Name: Might Guy]
[Potential: S]
[Evaluation: Tenacious temperament, unique physique, suitable for practicing Taijutsu!]
Seeing the system's evaluation, Shinyi nodded.
In Shinyi's view, Guy's future achievements had a great deal to do with his own persistence.
In this world dominated by bloodlines, it was simply too difficult for ordinary people to rise up.
[Name: Might Duy]
[Potential: A+]
[Evaluation: This is a man worthy of respect!]
"Not easy!"
Shinyi hadn't expected this sharp-tongued system to give Might Duy such a high evaluation.
Though it didn't say much, those simple eleven characters clearly showed just how highly the system regarded Might Duy.
Seeing that the two had already gone far away, Shinyi hurried toward home as well.
This trip out was quite meaningful to Shinyi; not only did he achieve his goal, but he also got to know the rare beast father and son.
