Prediction is much like the foresight of a fortune-teller; once you grasp your opponent's next move and movement trajectory, you can seize the tactical initiative and formulate a response strategy in advance. To defeat an opponent effortlessly, mastery of this is key.
To make your "prediction" precise, the first thing you must do is master every single skill of your own class. You need to know the cooldowns, effects, attack power, and resulting status effects of every skill inside out. Secondly, you must be thoroughly familiar with your opponent's every skill—what is known as knowing yourself and knowing your enemy. Without understanding the other class's traits and skill effects, so-called prediction becomes nothing more empty talk.
Once you have the hand speed and a firm grasp of both classes' skills, the outcome of a match comes down to experience and talent. High hand speed does not automatically mean you are a gaming expert, because much of that hand speed is often wasted on invalid inputs.
