Zha Nali gently raised her delicate hand, and the surrounding wooden boards instantly came alive. Roots intertwined like winding snakes, and vines, like hungry beasts, lashed out toward Sulavorma. Rakshasi showed no weakness; her shrill laughter pierced through the encircling vines. As her laughter echoed, a chilling aura surged through the air, and more and more yaksha figures began to materialize within the shadows.
The yakshas shrieked as they lunged at Zha Nali, their sharp claws leaving trails of dark shadows in the air. Yet, a green barrier had already formed around Zha Nali. The vines acted as shields, blocking every attack while, at the same time, tiny specks of emerald bloomed at her fingertips—seeds of life that instantly took root, sprouted, and grew into an impenetrable fortress.
These demonic entities, the yakshas, were normally fearless of pain, but they could not withstand the vibrant life force of the jungle. The vines wrapping around them and the thorns piercing their flesh carried the vital breath of flourishing forests, tearing their bodies apart until they dropped to the ground like rotting mud.
