Exploration of the Castle and the Eerie Puppets The three of them advanced step by step through the mist-filled valley toward the mysterious Castle. The surrounding mist seemed to possess a conscious will, growing ever denser and clinging to them like layer upon layer of heavy curtains. With every step they took, an icy chill crept up their spines like a cunning serpent, stirring ungrounded dread deep within their hearts. Shrouded in the thickening mist, the Castle appeared all the more mysterious and unfathomable—much like an ancient behemoth lurking in the darkness, watching their approach with cold, greedy eyes, waiting only for the right moment to swallow them whole in a single gulp. At last, they stood beneath the Castle. The Castle gates towered toward the sky like a majestic mountain, radiating a suffocating sense of oppression. The various bizarre patterns carved upon the doors seemed endowed with life, twisting and shifting in the dim light and shadow. There were demons baring their fangs and brandishing their claws with ferocious expressions, as if struggling to break free from their bonds and rush forth from the doors to drag all living souls into the endless Dark Abyss. There were weeping angels shedding tears upon their garments, their eyes filled with despair and sorrow as though witnessing the most tragic catastrophe in the world.
