The Mysterious Place and the Astounding Truth
Guided by the Mysterious Traveler, the group fled desperately through the valley. The surrounding trees seemed driven by some bizarre force, growing denser and more gloomy. Their branches and leaves intertwined wildly like an all-encompassing net, as if eager to swallow them up without mercy. Stray rays of sunlight, like dying, struggling souls, managed to pierce the layers of foliage, casting mottled patches of light and shadow. Yet this faint light did little to dispel the eerie atmosphere hanging in the air like a haze; instead, it added a touch of grim mystery.
Running hard ahead, the Mysterious Traveler occasionally looked down at the token retrieved from the Black-Scaled Beast, intense focus and anxiety in his eyes as he used it to confirm their route. Finally, after a grueling trek, they reached an extremely secluded corner of the valley. Before them, a massive stone wall stood like a slumbering beast, blocking their path. Its surface was rough and archaic, carved with symbols identical to those on the token but far more intricate. In the dim light, those symbols emitted a mysterious glow, as though recounting a past buried by the passage of time.
