Li Xiu felt a stirring in his heart, and at last, unable to suppress his impulses any longer, he swept Sister Chunhua up and onto the bed. Outside the window, snow fell in thick, goose-feather flakes, swirling and intensifying, but inside the room, it felt as though spring had arrived early, heavy with warmth.

Sister Chunhua nodded like an obedient little lamb, a sweet smile blooming on her face. "Alright, Xiu."
