Taoyao Town is famous for three things. The first of these is the vast peach grove stretching for ten miles right at the entrance of the town.
When spring arrives, this area bursts into a sea of peach blossoms, stretching as far as the eye can see in a truly boundless display of spring scenery that draws scholars and literati from all over to flock here and admire the ten miles of blooming peach blossoms competing in beauty.
The second is the white porcelain fired from the white clay abundant in Taoyao Town.
