In his very first class, Severus’s speech fired up both the little snakes and the little lions, but soon enough, the light in the little lions' eyes gradually faded alongside Professor Snape's shouts. Oh right, Professor Snape's shout was, "Gryffindor loses five points!" Hilarious. Severus settled comfortably into his role as a professor. After comparing schedules with Professor Slughorn, he found that he only needed to teach the latter three days of the week, as his classes were bundled together on weekends, Mondays, and Tuesdays. For Professor Slughorn, all he had to do was work Mondays and Tuesdays, and he would have no classes for the rest of the week. In the evening, Severus took his freshly minted schedule and left Hogwarts. Dumbledore watched in astonishment as Severus walked straight out of Hogwarts without looking back. "Does he actually live off-campus? That's going to be awfully troublesome." The school castle was a considerable distance away from the front gates. Then, as if suddenly reminded, they watched with their own eyes as Severus whipped out his wand, traced a spell in mid-air, and thick black mists wrapped around him. Immediately after, this newly appointed, exceptionally young Potions professor and Potions Master actually! Directly! Flew up!!!! He actually flew! He was flying!
