The Spirit Membrane Realm requires gathering and condensing spiritual power to form a layer of spiritual membrane around the body. This is akin to the Daoist teaching of 'embracing the primal and guarding the one,' concentrating one's spiritual power into a unity to forge a weapon for self-defense and attacking enemies."
