Friday is a rather delicate day. It lacks the unbridled freedom of Saturday and Sunday, yet it does not demand the jarring transition from relaxation back to study and work that defines a Monday.
For Sakiko, however, all seven days of the week were pretty much the same. If anything, Monday through Friday were actually more relaxing since classes meant she did not have to work the entire day.
Of course, that was her old way of thinking. Now, the weekend was a relaxation day in the truest sense of the word.
