In Chi Mu’s hospital room, a nurse was changing his bandages when Qi Chong walked in.
Unlike He Chuan, Qi Chong handled much of Chi Mu’s paperwork and drafted many of his mission plans. Even though he had not been involved in Chi Mu’s latest undercover operation, he remained under heavy suspicion and had only been released from investigation a few days ago.
Although the nurse was gentle, he noticed Chi Mu’s brow furrow slightly, so he looked for something to say to distract him.
