At this point, Furin had already run off, strolling down a path within the Uchiha Clan Compound with an exceptionally light heart.
She looked to the left and to the right, occasionally greeting passing clan members. Although many wore cold expressions, they were remarkably tolerant of her, the clan leader's youngest daughter.
As she walked, Furin silently mused, "Actually, people of the Uchiha Clan might not be very popular in the village, but among themselves, they're not bad at all! Especially when it comes to sparring—it's simply too friendly. Even though they look frosty and their attitude is a bit fierce, after a sparring match they'll actually point out earnestly where you're falling short and what needs improvement. Aren't they one great teacher after another? It would be even better if their attitude were a bit nicer."
