I checked the rankings, and although I had spent an exceptionally overpowered afternoon gaining two levels, I still hadn't managed to claim the number one spot. The current world number one position had been seized by a Chinese Thief named Dynamic Hotpot, who was at level 21. My own ranking hadn't broken into the top ten yet, but I wasn't far off, sitting right at eleventh. Since I missed out on the heavenly rankings, there weren't many suspenseful surprises in the city's local rankings. Kuangzhan held second place at level 18, closely followed by Yeqiu, also at level 18. Lu Xuehan and Murong Shanshan claimed fourth and fifth respectively at level 17. Even Xu Lin and Xinyu had made it into the city's top ten at level 16. Though they were at the bottom of the list, I could easily imagine how great their moods must be right now.
I went offline, took off my helmet, and immediately heard laughter echoing from outside.
Xu Lin said with radiant spirit, "Lin Fan, Xinyu and I both made it into the town's top ten! Did you see?"
