Chapter 456

3,196 words16 minutes read

Dust rolled across the plain as a column of cavalry charged out from the Silvermoon City players' formation. Bizarrely, not a single one of these riders was a human or elf player; they were all Orc players to a man—long tusks, ugly faces, and fur-covered skin. The Orc characteristics could not have been more obvious. Scimitars flashed with cold light as they were brandished in the air. The mounts beneath the Orcs were equally distinctive: mangy wild wolves. Because a wolf's spine has a different structure from a horse's, the bouncing motion during a run was exceptionally violent, and without motorcycle-like shock absorbers, riding such giant wolf mounts was no easy feat. Probably only Orcs could manage it; if it were humans, male players' little packages would likely be shaken crooked in no time, while female players riding such giant wolves could turn from virgins to experienced women in a matter of minutes. Everyone was dumbfounded. Almost all the Silvermoon City players were stunned. To their knowledge, there hadn't seemed to be such an overpowered unit of Wolf Riders in the city, and now they had dropped out of nowhere, which was a bit hard to accept.
