"Mu" represented both her and Li Mubai, and "Chen" naturally referred to Lu Chen. Lu Chen was the chairman and legal representative of Beijing Muchen Crowdfunding Network Co., Ltd., while Li Mushi served as the CEO and CFO.
Although Lu Chen held 51% of the shares in Muchen Crowdfunding, according to their agreement, his stake would sooner or later be diluted. The company would introduce venture capital and equity incentives, and the possibility of a future public listing was not ruled out.
